Position description:
We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand and Marketing Manager to lead the growth and visibility of our company and clients. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring our messaging resonates across multiple channels—including digital, social media, and traditional media.
This role suits someone with a strong understanding of brand identity, audience engagement, and the production industry’s unique marketing needs.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals
Manage and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and offline channels
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to refine messaging and outreach
Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Key Skills:
Proven experience in brand management and marketing strategy
Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management and analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools (an advantage)
